የአካባቢ ድንጋጌዎች፡ የዊት ካውንቲ ደሴት

የሚከተሉት የአካባቢ ስነስርዓቶች በ Isle of Wight County ውስጥ ተፈጻሚ ይሆናሉ፡

• ሰከንድ 12-10 - በጠመንጃ ማደን. (ማጣቀሻ)

  • (ሀ) በካውንቲው ውስጥ አደን ፣ ከጠመንጃ ጋር። 22 ከማርች 1 እስከ ኦገስት 31 መካከል ያለው መጠን ወይም ከዚያ በላይ የሆነ፣ በየአመቱ በማርች እና በኦገስት መካከል፣ እና ሁሉም ሌሎች የአእዋፍ እና አስጨናቂ ዝርያዎች በስቴት ህግ እና መመሪያዎች በሚፈቀደው መሰረት ይፈቀዳሉ።

    (ለ) በክልል ህግ እና ደንቦች በሚፈቅደው መሰረት የዱር ዝርያዎችን ለማደን በተደነገገው ክፍት ወቅቶች በካውንቲው ውስጥ ማደን ይፈቀዳል.

    (ሐ) ከላይ የተጠቀሰው ቢሆንም፣ አጋዘንና ድብ በጠመንጃ ማደን። 23 በተደነገገው ክፍት ወቅቶች ካሊበር ወይም ከዚያ በላይ፣ በክልሉ ህግ እና ደንቦች በሚፈቅደው መሰረት በካውንቲው ውስጥ የሚፈቀደው በሚከተለው መልኩ ብቻ ነው፡-
    (1) ሰውዬው ማደን ያለበት ከመሬት ቢያንስ አስር ጫማ ከፍታ ላይ ካለው ከፍ ያለ ቦታ ላይ ብቻ ነው፣ ካልሆነ በስተቀር የቆሰሉትን እንስሳት ከመድረክ ያነሳውን እንስሳ ለመላክ አስፈላጊ ሆኖ ሲገኝ መሬት ላይ ሊወርድ ይችላል ካልሆነ በስተቀር።
    (2) ጠመንጃው በክፍሉ ውስጥ ክብ ሊኖረው የሚችለው ከፍ ባለ ቦታ ላይ ሲሆን ብቻ ነው።
    (3) ሰውዬው በመጀመሪያ ከመሬት ባለቤት የጽሁፍ ፍቃድ ያገኛል።
    (4) የክፍል 29 ድንጋጌዎች። 1-528 በክፍል 58 ላይ እንደተገለጸው የቨርጂኒያ ህግ 2 በቋሚነት የአካል ጉዳተኛ አዳኝ ነፃ ያወጣል። 1-3217 የቨርጂኒያ ህግ፣ ከመሬት ቢያንስ አስር ጫማ ከፍ ብሎ ከሚገኝ ከፍ ባለ ቦታ አደን በተመለከተ በዚህ ክፍል ከተቀመጡት መስፈርቶች።

    (መ) በክፍል 29 መሠረት ለንግድ ግብርና ምርት የሚውሉትን የፍራፍሬ ዛፎችን፣ ሰብሎችን፣ እንስሳትን ወይም የግል ንብረቶችን የሚያበላሹትን አጋዘን ወይም ድብ እንዳይገድሉ የመሬት ባለይዞታ ወይም ተከራይ በዚህ ክፍል ውስጥ ምንም ነገር አይከለከልም። 1-529 የቨርጂኒያ ህግ እና ሌሎች የሚመለከታቸው ህጎች።

    (ሠ) የዚህ ቦርድ ፀሐፊ በዚህ ክፍል የተደነገገውን የሥርዓተ ደንብ መጽደቁን ለቨርጂኒያ የዱር እንስሳት ሀብት ዲፓርትመንት ዳይሬክተር በተመዘገበ ፖስታ እንዲያሳውቅ ታዝዟል።

    (ረ) ማንኛውም የዚህ ክፍል ድንጋጌዎችን የሚጥስ ሰው በክፍል 3 ጥፋተኛ ይሆናል። (4-21-22(1) )

    የአርታዒ ማስታወሻ—በኤፕሪል 21 ፣ 2022(1) የፀደቀ ህግ፣ የቀድሞውን § 12-10 ተሽሯል፣ እና በዚህ ውስጥ እንደተገለጸው አዲስ § 12-10 አውጥቷል። የቀድሞው § 12-10 አፈሙዝ በሚጭኑ ጠመንጃዎች ማደንን የሚመለከት እና በጥር 3 ፣ 1991 ከጸደቀው ድንጋጌ የተገኘ ነው።

• ሰከንድ 12-11 - በሕዝብ ትምህርት ቤቶች ወይም መናፈሻዎች አቅራቢያ ማደን የተከለከለ ነው። (ማጣቀሻ)

  • (ሀ) በኒውፖርት ልማት አገልግሎት ዲስትሪክት እና በሃርዲ ማጂስተር ዲስትሪክት ውስጥ የሚገኝ ከማንኛውም የካውንቲ የህዝብ ትምህርት ቤት ወይም የካውንቲ መናፈሻ ከመቶ ሜትሮች ርቀት ላይ ማንም ሰው በጠመንጃ ለማደን መተኮስ፣ ማደን ወይም ለማደን መሞከር የለበትም።

    (ለ) በስቴት ህግ ካልተፈቀደ በስተቀር ማንም ሰው በኒውፖርት ልማት አገልግሎት ዲስትሪክት እና በሃርድዲ ማጂስተር ዲስትሪክት ውስጥ ከሚገኙ ከማንኛውም የካውንቲ የህዝብ ትምህርት ቤት ወይም የካውንቲ መናፈሻ ባለ አንድ መቶ ሜትሮች ርቀት ላይ የተጫነ መሳሪያ ማጓጓዝ፣ መያዝ ወይም መያዝ የለበትም።

    (ሐ) በዚህ ክፍል የተመለከቱት ድንጋጌዎች በክፍል 29 መሠረት አጋዘንን ለመግደል የጦር መሣሪያ እንዲለቀቅ አይደረግም.1-529 የቨርጂኒያ ህግ (1950 ፣ እንደተሻሻለው)። ይህ ነፃነት ቢያንስ አምስት ሄክታር መሬት ላይ ለገጠር ግብርና አገልግሎት በተከለለ መሬት ላይ ተፈፃሚ ይሆናል።

    (መ) የዚህን ክፍል ድንጋጌዎች የሚጥስ ማንኛውም ሰው በክፍል 4 ጥፋተኛ ይሆናል። (4-16-92 ፤ 2-21-08 ፤ 10-2-08 ፤ 11-20-08 ።)

• ሰከንድ 12-11 1 - ሽጉጥ በማውጣት ላይ። (ማጣቀሻ)

  • ማንኛውም ሰው የጦር መሳሪያ ማስለቀቅ የተከለከለ ነው፡-

    (1) In such a way as will, or is likely to, result in the load thereof leaving the boundaries of the property or parcel upon which upon which the firearm is lawfully discharged, unless permission to do so has been granted by the adjacent landowner. A projectile leaving the boundaries of the property or parcel shall be prima facie evidence of a violation of this section.
    (2) Within one hundred yards a (i) dwelling of another; (ii) business establishment; (iii) public building; (iv) public gathering; or (v) public meeting place, except that the one hundred yard limitation shall not apply if the dwelling owner or occupant has given permission.
    (3) In addition to the limitations set forth in subsection (b) above, any person target shooting with a firearm shall (i) only discharge such firearm into a natural or man-made berm or backstop so that it prevents projectiles from entering the property of another. A backstop is defined as a device to stop, redirect, and .....or contain bullets fired on a range. A berm is defined as an embankment used for restricting bullets to a given area, or as a protective or dividing wall between ranges; (ii) shall not target shoot between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.
    (4) Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be punishable as a Class 1 misdemeanor.
    (5) This section shall not apply to a (i) law-enforcement officer in the performance of his official duties; (ii) any person whose discharge of a firearm is justifiable or excusable at law in the protection of life or property; (iii) the discharge, on land zoned for agricultural use, of a firearm for the killing of deer pursuant to Section 29.1-529 of the Code of Virginia (1950, as amended); (iv) the discharge of a firearm that is otherwise specifically authorized by law; (v) the discharge of black powder firearms using blanks as part of historical re-enactments, historical living history programs and historical demonstrations; (vi) the discharge of starter blank weapons to initiate athletic competitions; or (vii) ceremonial and patriotic displays using blanks.
